The construction crews could not reach behind the new America’s First sign without the use of scaffold.  The crews needed to place plywood and metal sheets behind the new sign.  Our scaffold crews built 2 supporting scaffold on each side with 24′ pick boards stretching across to each scaffold on either side and behind the new sign.  Can you see the pick boards behind the sign on each level?
